The Stables / Daniels road trails have 2-3 inches of snow on them with a layer of crunchy ice on top.  They are ridable but slow, at least until a few more riders get out and pack them down.  It certainly beats the trainer inside.  There are a few patches of ice to add to the excitement (sometime under the snow), so if you got studs they would be useful but not required.
